Job summary

CIMB Singapore is seeking an IT delivery professional to support pre-project activities, assess solution options, and manage end-to-end delivery. You will coordinate with business users and regional teams, ensure timely risk mitigation, and provide hands-on application support for Retail apps.

The role requires 2–5 years in technology with exposure to project lifecycles, testing, and post-implementation support. Banking experience and knowledge of AWS are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of technology experience with project delivery and application support.
• Understanding of project lifecycle: requirement clarifications, estimation, planning, delivery, testing and post-implementation support.
• Hands-on application support including incident analysis and production verification.
• Able to communicate with business users and vendors on progress and issues.
• Experience in banking-related projects and familiarity with Agile/Waterfall.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-project solutioning: requirement clarification, feasibility assessment, and high-level estimation.
• Coordinate with business users, technology teams, and vendors to assess solutions and risks.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery activities and governance reporting.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, dress rehearsals, go-live and post-implementation activities.
• Clarify requirements, validate changes, support testing, and ensure defect closure.
• Provide hands-on application support for Retail applications and incident follow-up.
• Monitor BAU production activities and escalate critical issues timely.
• Support post-implementation stabilization and ongoing BAU support.
• Liaise with infrastructure, security, network, and vendor teams for implementation and maintenance.
• Maintain project and support documentation and update knowledge base.
