Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the Asia Project Review Board and drive governance for project delivery.
• Prepare portfolio level status reporting and artefact tracking.
• Collaborate with Project Management team to manage inter-dependencies across projects.
• Communicate governance methodology changes to Asia Project leads.
• Monitor Asia CTB budget and highlight financial deviations; forecast resources.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The candidate will be a member of the IT Business Management Office in Singapore, focusing on PMO activities. The role is to provide support to Project Leads on project governance and responsible for monitoring overall Asia project financials, capacity planning/forecasts and project status reporting.

KEY FEATURES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Project Delivery Governance

• Lead the Asia Project Review Board
• Portfolio level status reporting, project artefact tracking
• Work closely with the Project Management team to manage project inter-dependencies
• Train/Communicate to Asia Project leads on delivery governance methodology changes

Global collaboration

• Work closely with ZH on project methodology and tools
• Ensure governance on classic and agile projects

Portfolio Financial Management

• Monitor overall Asia CTB budget and highlight project financials and/or capacity deviations PLs for prompt decisions and actions
• Work with PLs to ensure accurate resource forecasting

Regulatory Responsibilities &/OR Risk Management

• Demonstration of appropriate values and behaviours including but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, adequate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
