Job summary

The role focuses on monitoring budgets, forecasting resources, and delivering accurate project status reporting across the region. Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in PMO, banking experience, and proficiency in creating management decks with PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Experience in agile environment and willingness to pursue agile qualifications preferred.
• At least 10 years PMO experience; PMP certification preferred.
• Banking experience required.
• Proficient in preparing management decks and powerpoint slides.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Asia Project Review Board and drive governance for project delivery.
• Prepare portfolio level status reporting and artefact tracking.
• Collaborate with Project Management team to manage inter-dependencies across projects.
• Communicate governance methodology changes to Asia Project leads.
• Monitor Asia CTB budget and highlight financial deviations; forecast resources.
