The role encompasses planning, developing and executing menus for diverse Indian cuisines, while maintaining high standards of taste, presentation and consistency across all dishes.

The successful candidate will apply principles of culinary science and food safety to ensure quality, manage inventory, and supervise daily kitchen activities during busy periods.
