Delivery Director (IT) – Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd – Islandwide, SG

Role Description

A dedicated point of contact based at a client’s location, responsible for managing the overall relationship, communication, and delivery of IT services, ensuring alignment with client needs and expectations while fostering a strong working partnership on‑site.

This role is crucial in overseeing the successful execution and completion of all projects and service delivery for clients based in Asia. Responsibilities span strategic planning, team leadership, client management, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the trusted executive partner for Singapore‑based clients, accountable for successful delivery of programmes and services across the account portfolio.
  • Own governance and financial performance (P&L, margins, growth pipeline) of assigned engagements.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture new opportunities within existing accounts together with sales and solution teams.
  • Oversee financial governance of the portfolio: revenue, profitability, forecasting, change control, and investment decisions for pilots and innovation.
  • Build and maintain C‑suite and senior stakeholder relationships, becoming a strategic advisor on transformation and operational excellence.
  • Communicate project updates, challenges, and successes to clients proactively.
  • Define and run account‑level governance: steer‑co meetings, operational reviews, and risk/issue management across delivery towers.
  • Shape multi‑year account strategy and roadmaps aligned to the client’s business priorities in Singapore and ASEAN.
  • Maintain high client satisfaction scores and redeemability by proactively addressing concerns and showcasing delivered value and outcomes.
  • Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets, identifying potential risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure quality standards and SLA/KPI adherence across regional and global teams (onshore Singapore plus offshore/nearshore centres).
  • Coordinate with remote IT teams to deliver project deliverables on time, managing risk and contingency plans.
  • Manage project financials, ensuring profitability, controlling costs, and managing resource allocation and staffing.
  • Motivate and mentor onsite IT teams; provide executive escalation management and drive resolution on critical incidents and programme risks.
  • Facilitate collaboration between onsite and remote teams; oversee staffing and resource allocation for projects.
Leadership & Team Management
  • Manage and motivate onsite IT team, providing mentorship and performance feedback.
  • Provide executive escalation management to resolve critical incidents and programme risks.
  • Facilitate collaboration between onsite and remote teams.
  • Direct teams of Project Managers and other delivery‑focused roles, including remote or offshore teams.
  • Oversee resource allocation and staffing to ensure project support.
