Job summary

Optro is seeking a Deal Desk Manager (Temp) to join our Global Deal Desk team in Singapore. The role acts as a trusted business partner to the Sales Field Organization, supporting deal structuring, pricing, contract creation, and quote approvals for Cloud Subscription Services.

You will review terms with finance and legal, draft and finalize contracts, and support quoting tools and CRM. A minimum of 3 years in SaaS Deal Desk and a bias toward velocity are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Deal Desk within a SaaS company.
• Experience with deal structuring, pricing, contract creation, and quote approvals.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on deal structuring, pricing, redlining, and contract management; participate in deal reviews with Sales leadership to influence pricing and structuring.
• Ensure deals are structured and processed efficiently in line with policies; review and interpret contract terms with Finance and Legal.
• Draft, modify, and finalize contracts for Cloud Subscription Services (new, add-ons, upsell); review and approve deals for customers and prospects.
• Resolve issues using professional judgment and company policies; handle day-to-day queries about quoting tools or CRM; assist with tool testing and validation.
• Support Sales enablement through onboarding and ad-hoc training; drive efficiency and lead process improvement on commercial projects.
