Salesforce.com Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Deal Desk Manager to deliver deal structuring and pricing support for Singapore and ASEAN Public Sector markets. You will mitigate risks and drive opportunities through data-driven insights to scale deal processes and support business needs.

You will partner with senior Sales Leadership, review complex deals, and guide pricing strategies. The role emphasizes collaboration across Finance, Legal, and Operations to optimize terms and close deals.

Qualificações

• Strong professional experience in pricing, commercial strategy, financial analysis, consulting, or a related field.
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
• Superior analytical background with strong problem-solving skills.
• Highly effective communication skills, including written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing competing demands.
• Adept at thinking on your feet amidst ambiguity.
• Proficiency in using AI-powered tools to support deal analysis, pricing optimization, and deal approvals.
• Ability to interpret and act on AI-generated insights to drive deal recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Partner in a trusted advisor capacity to senior Sales Leadership, account teams and other internal partners.
• Review and vet complex deals on behalf of Deal Strategy & Pricing and Sales Executives for Singapore and Public Sector clients in ASEAN.
• Guide Sales on deal structures, manage risk within contractual terms and structure, and take ownership of final approval decisions.
• Demonstrate analytical rigor and identify variables, risks and opportunities within a deal.
• Partner with account teams to develop concession strategies that protect margins.
• Lead org-wide project deliverables and cross-functional initiatives.
• Represent our org's point of view in cross-functional projects with progress and recommendations.
• Collaborate with product teams on pricing models for new products and bundles.
• Develop best practices for pricing and terms based on data and market knowledge.
• Enable Sales on best practices for pricing and deal structures.
• Work with Finance, Legal and Operations to optimize contract terms and close deals.
