Job summary

De Beaute is a premier high-end TCM medi-spa and established beauty, aesthetics, and slimming centre, seeking a friendly, service-oriented Customer Care Officer Consultant to help clients feel welcome, informed, and confident when choosing the right beauty treatments and packages.

In this role you will welcome clients in person, by phone and online, explain procedures, pricing and promotions, and manage bookings to deliver an excellent client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, patient and professional manner.
• Comfortable discussing beauty treatments and packages with clients.
• Sales or beauty-industry experience is an advantage; training may be provided.

De Beaute is a premier high-end TCM medi-spa and established beauty, aesthetics, and slimming centre, and is seeking a friendly, service-oriented Customer Care Officer Consultant to help clients feel welcome, informed, and confident when choosing the right beauty treatments and packages.

Salary: $2,300–$3,500 per month, plus additional incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Understand clients’ needs and provide information about available treatments and packages.
• Explain treatment procedures, benefits, pricing and promotions clearly.

Skills and Experience :

• Treatment and package sales: Knowledgeable in explaining treatment options, package inclusions, pricing and promotions, and recommending suitable choices based on customer needs.
• Customer daily bookings: Experienced in arranging and managing appointments, confirming bookings and coordinating treatment schedules.
• Client care and service: Provide attentive service throughout the customer journey, including assisting customers before and during treatments.
• Package monitoring: Keep track of customers’ package usage, remaining sessions and follow-up appointments.
• Customer care follow-up: Contact and follow up with customers after treatments to check on their experience, provide aftercare information and support future bookings.
• Sales follow-through: Build positive customer relationships and identify appropriate opportunities for repeat visits or package renewals.
