De Beaute Beauty & Slimming Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a results-driven Beauty Spa & Wellness Sales Manager to lead our outlet team. You will motivate staff, grow revenue, and deliver outstanding customer experiences in premium beauty, slimming, or spa wellness.

You’ll oversee daily operations, coach consultants, drive sales targets, implement strategies, and maintain high treatment standards while ensuring excellent service.

Salary: $4,500–$6,000 + attractive sales commission

De Beaute, a well-established, CaseTrust-certified Medi-spa chain, seeks a results-driven, energetic Beauty Spa & Wellness Sales Manager to lead our outlet team.

The ideal candidate can motivate high-performing teams, grow revenue, and deliver outstanding customer experiences in the premium beauty, slimming, or spa wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure excellent customer service.
• Lead, coach, and motivate beauty and slimming consultants to achieve their goals.
• Drive daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and strengthen customer retention.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and treatment quality.
• Monitor staff performance, manage schedules, and coordinate training.
• Respond to customer enquiries, resolve service concerns, and follow up on quality service management.

Working Hour:

• Monday to Friday: 10:30 am – 8:00 pm
• Saturday: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Sundays and public holidays: Off
