Job summary

SAYLES RETAIL PTE. LTD. is seeking a friendly Spa Consultant to join our team in Singapore. You will provide professional consultations on facial and body treatments, recommend suitable packages, and promote spa services to customers.

The role involves handling bookings, following up with clients, and achieving personal sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships. Weekend and public holiday work may be required as rostered.

Qualifications

• Experience in beauty, spa, wellness or retail sales is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work on weekends and public holidays.

We are looking for a customer-oriented and motivated Spa Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an interest in the beauty and wellness industry and be confident in providing professional consultations and recommending suitable treatments to customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers and understand their beauty and wellness needs
• Provide professional consultations on facial and body treatments
• Recommend suitable treatments and packages based on customers' needs
• Introduce and promote spa services, treatments and packages
• Follow up with existing and potential customers
• Build and maintain good customer relationships
• Assist with appointment bookings and customer enquiries
• Work closely with therapists and the spa team to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall outlet performance
• Perform other duties related to spa operations when required

Requirements:

• Experience in beauty, spa, wellness, retail sales or a related industry is preferred
• Candidates without direct spa experience but with relevant sales/customer service experience may also be considered
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude
• Comfortable with sales and recommending suitable treatments/packages
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays according to roster
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
