Job summary
De Beaute is a premier high-end TCM medi-spa and established beauty, aesthetics, and slimming centre, seeking a friendly, service-oriented Customer Care Officer Consultant to help clients feel welcome, informed, and confident when choosing the right beauty treatments and packages.
In this role you will welcome clients in person, by phone and online, explain procedures, pricing and promotions, and manage bookings to deliver an excellent client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, patient and professional manner.
- Comfortable discussing beauty treatments and packages with clients.
- Sales or beauty-industry experience is an advantage; training may be provided.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients in person, by phone and through online channels.
- Understand clients’ needs and provide information about available treatments and packages.
- Explain treatment procedures, benefits, pricing and promotions clearly.
- Recommend suitable treatments or packages based on clients’ preferences and needs.
- Manage appointments, follow-ups and client enquiries.
- Maintain accurate client records and provide attentive aftercare support.
- Work with the team to deliver an excellent client experience.
