DigitalBuild is seeking a highly analytical individual with a strong mathematical background and at least three years of hands-on data experience. In this role, you will support the design, management, and optimization of data systems, ensuring data accuracy, usability, and business value. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to transform raw data into meaningful insights that support operations, reporting, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, clean, structure, and validate datasets from multiple sources to ensure high-quality data for analytics and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines, workflows, and data integration processes.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business improvement.
  • Support the development of dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or other BI platforms.
  • Ensure data governance standards, data accuracy, and data security practices are consistently followed.
  • Work with the BI, Data Engineering, and IT teams to optimize data models and database performance.
  • Transform business requirements into technical data specifications and documentation.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and provide data insights to internal stakeholders and client project teams.
  • Continuously enhance data processes through automation and best practices.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, data operations, or a similar data-focused role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills backed by a solid mathematical foundation.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
