You will mentor junior analysts, develop market-facing proposals, and collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, and Operations teams to expand data products and services while maintaining high-quality work across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in compensation and rewards consulting.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and English proficiency; Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Client relationship management with key industry clients.
• Identify key prospective clients for data products and plan campaigns.
• Mentor analysts and associate consultants in data solutions.
• Develop strategic plans for survey product portfolio with industry lead.
• Draft proposals and assist in RFP preparation.
• Interact with client base and influence project timelines and methods.
• Draft presentations, reports, and data analyses.
