Job summary

Aon Global Operations SE Singapore Branch is seeking a senior leader in data analytics to drive risk analytics initiatives, shape client delivery, and embed analytics across the investment lifecycle. Qualifications

• 10+ years in a leadership role within BI/analytics.
• Experience in financial services or insurance preferred.
• Data analysis, visualization, data quality, warehousing, data engineering, and financial reporting experience.
• Strong affinity with AI and data trends, including governance and quality.
• Expertise with relational databases, warehousing, and lakehouse tech (SQL Server, Oracle, Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Blob Storage, AWS S3).
• Experience in logical and physical data model design and broader data architecture design.
• Development experience in SQL, Python for data processing, and PowerBI.
• Exceptional communication skills for simplifying complex information.
• Experience working in large, complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Ability to influence colleagues toward best practices and technology adoption.
• Passion for automation and digitalization of data processes.
• Adept at creating documentation and data dictionaries for users.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate Aon\'s Risk Analytics agenda using analytics and M&A experience.
• Embed analytics into client delivery and value proposition.
• Embed analytics across the full investment lifecycle from diligence to exit.
• Lead innovation and tool improvements across Aon\'s M&A analytics in EMEA/UK and expand capabilities globally.
• Drive data landscape improvements and support data system enhancements.
• Lead internal data initiatives delivering enhanced BI/MI insights for stakeholders.
• Create more value for clients through enhanced reporting experiences and consistent data structures.
• Support business development with data‑driven decisions.
• Be the business lead for a team of M&A data analysts.
