Job summary

Aon, Singapore, is seeking an Associate Consultant / Senior Associate Consultant in Data Solutions / Rewards Advisory. The role focuses on client relationship management with key industry clients to ensure retention targets are met and on identifying prospects for data products.

You will collaborate with Commercial, Marketing and industry leads to plan campaigns, develop strategic plans, and deliver advisory work while supporting revenue goals. Experience in financial services is beneficial.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of human resources, account management, compensation survey management, client servicing or related industry experience.
• Experience in Financial Services is desirable.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Motivated self-starter who is well organized and can multitask.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Excel macros, PowerPoint and Access are a plus.
• Senior Associate Consultant level may be considered for more experienced candidates.

Responsibilities

• Client relationship management with key industry clients to ensure retention targets are met.
• Identifies key prospective clients for data products and coordinates with campaigns.
• Identifies opportunities for senior colleagues to scope value-added advisory services beyond data products.
• Develops strategic plans for industry portfolio of survey products with industry lead and cross-functional teams.
• Builds industry knowledge and integrates it into product management and development.
• Interacts with client base; becomes go-to person in the industry sector.
• Authors basic to moderately complex proposals for data-focused deliverables.
• Assists in delivering advisory work requiring RFPs, presentations, reports and data interpretation.
• Works to achieve defined product revenue budgets.
