Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum MAS registration prerequisites (BCP, PGI, HI, M5, M9) for Broking/FA rep.
• 2–5 years in related experience.

• Effective cross-department collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong client relationships and understand client needs for employee benefits.
• Stay current on client business, HR, risk and finance needs and upsell suitable products.
• Keep abreast of insurance market developments.
• Conduct pre-renewal and renewal meetings with clients.
• Review renewal terms and analyze claims data to ensure competitive terms.
• Prepare renewal documents and communication decks.
• Present benefits programs to employees and partners.
• Handle inquiries from HR and employees.
• Coordinate employee movements and underwriting requirements.
• Ensure prompt premium payments from assigned accounts.
