Job summary

BGC Group Pte Ltd (Outsourcing Department) is seeking a data-focused professional to support programme evaluation through data management, coordination, and stakeholder engagement in Singapore.

You will coordinate data submissions, validate datasets, clean and merge data, maintain databases, and help with research and administrative tasks, contributing to accurate evaluations and informed decision making for our clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Social Sciences, Market Research, Data Science, Business Analytics or related discipline.
• Experience in data processing, database management or research support.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis software (SPSS or R) is a plus.
• Experience in survey research or statistical analysis is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage timelines and multiple tasks.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Interest in research, programme evaluation, or social services is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely submission of required data.
• Review and validate submitted data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Merge, clean, and prepare datasets for analysis.
• Maintain and manage databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline data management processes, including automation where appropriate.
• Respond to stakeholder enquiries related to data collection and evaluation activities.
• Support research, evaluation, and administrative activities as assigned.
