Job summary

BGC Group Pte Ltd is seeking a Research Support Analyst to assist in programme evaluation activities, including literature reviews, data collection, analysis, and reporting.

You will coordinate with programme centres and stakeholders, review outcomes, and help prepare research presentations for internal and client stakeholders. A degree in social sciences or a related field is preferred; prior research experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Sciences or related field.
• Experience in research or programme evaluation is advantageous.
• Experience with literature reviews, surveys or interviews is preferred.
• Familiarity with data cleaning and coding processes.
• Basic statistics knowledge and experience with software tools such as SPSS, R or Python.

Responsibilities

• Conduct literature reviews to support evaluation activities.
• Coordinate data collection with programme centres and stakeholders.
• Analyze data and prepare research insights for reports.
• Prepare slides, reports and documentation for dissemination.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and track project progress.
