You will design surveys, clean diverse datasets, run analyses and build dashboards in Power BI/Tableau. Translate findings into actionable recommendations for management to inform decision‑making and policy direction.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in data analytics, research, BI, or programme evaluation.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, data cleaning and data storytelling.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau and analytical tools like SPSS/SQL/Python.
• Ability to work with complex datasets and present clear, actionable findings to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Clarify management questions and define data needs for decisions.
• Design or refine surveys and data collection instruments for evidence gathering.
• Consolidate and clean data from multiple sources and maintain data dictionaries.
• Conduct descriptive statistics, cross-tabulations, trend analysis and longitudinal outcome tracking.
• Prepare charts, dashboards and management-ready slides to explain findings and recommendations.
• Respond to ad-hoc data requests with timely, accurate analyses.
• Maintain data governance, version control and documentation of methods.
