Job summary

Income Insurance Limited is seeking a CCSS Contract Executive responsible for accurately inputting and updating customer data into database systems, while maintaining strict data confidentiality.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and outcome-driven performance with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have 1–2 years of relevant experience and proficiency in MS Office and multiple systems.

Qualifications

• Education: Polytechnic/Degree
• Preferably with Insurance Certification
• Experience: 1-2 years in relevant field
• IT & Computer Proficiency: MS Office; able to work with multiple systems and digital tools
• Working knowledge of SOPs, regulatory guidelines and governance orientation

Responsibilities

• Input and update customer information into database systems accurately
• Maintain data confidentiality and integrity at all times
• Adhere to service level agreements (SLA) with high accuracy
• Perform quality checks and provide performance feedback
• Handle second-level inquiries from backend customers with checks against source documents
• Investigate complaints and suggest mitigating measures
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and achieve objectives
• Streamline work processes and provide feedback for improvement
• Prepare monthly/ad-hoc department reports
• Conduct data analytics to review processes and support new implementations
• Comply with Risk and Compliance guidelines
• Undertake assignments as needed
