Job summary

Randstad Singapore seeks a records governance professional to support the firm's data management framework across lifecycle, legal hold compliance, and privacy initiatives. Collaborate with legal counsel on document preservation, eDiscovery collections, and search workflows using Microsoft Purview, iManage, and NetDocuments.

Facilitate seamless electronic file transfers during onboarding and transitions, driving efficiency.

Qualifications

3+ years in records management, information governance, or IT in professional services.
Proficiency with eDiscovery tools (Microsoft Purview) and document management systems (iManage / NetDocuments).
Understanding of data storage, media migration, and end-to-end legal lifecycles.
Familiarity with data privacy principles, APAC regulatory frameworks, and ethics walls (Intapp Walls).
IGP certification or AI governance experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Support data management framework across records lifecycle, legal hold compliance, and data privacy initiatives.
Oversee document preservation, eDiscovery collections and search workflows (Microsoft Purview).
Facilitate electronic file transfers during client onboarding, transitions and releases.
Oversee data disposition across physical files, email archives, and litigation databases per retention schedules and court mandates.
Serve as liaison between legal teams and IT addressing technical challenges involving iManage or NetDocuments.
