Job summary

leading international law firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Information Governance Analyst to support its information governance, records management and data protection initiatives.

You will collaborate with Legal, IT, Information Security and business stakeholders on records management matters, drive training and reporting, and stay abreast of information governance and privacy developments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in information governance, records management or IT.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview and e-discovery tools.
• Knowledge of iManage, NetDocuments or similar DM systems.
• Strong understanding of records lifecycle, data privacy and information security.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint and Outlook.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advantageous: experience with Intapp Walls, AI governance and APAC data privacy requirements.

• Support legal holds, document preservation and electronic document collection.
• Manage electronic records relating to lawyer onboarding, matter transfers and client file releases.
• Ensure compliance with records management, retention and disposition policies.
• Identify information governance risks and recommend improvements.
• Support records migration, archival storage and data management projects.
• Partner with Legal, IT, Information Security and business stakeholders on records management matters.
• Deliver records management training and prepare relevant reports.
• Stay updated on information governance, data privacy and emerging technology developments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years’ relevant experience in Information Governance, Records Management or IT.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview/e-discovery tools.
• Knowledge of iManage, NetDocuments or similar document management systems.
• Strong understanding of records lifecycle, data privacy and information security.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint and Outlook.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Advantageous: Experience with Intapp Walls, ethical walls, AI governance, IGP certification and APAC data privacy requirements.
