Responsibilities include handling legal holds, managing electronic records, ensuring lifecycle compliance, and collaborating with Legal, IT and Security to improve information governance and privacy practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years' experience in Information Governance, Records Management or IT.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview and e-discovery tools.
• Knowledge of iManage, NetDocuments or similar document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Support legal holds, document preservation and electronic collection.
• Manage electronic records for onboarding, matter transfers, client file releases.
• Ensure compliance with records management, retention and disposition policies.
• Identify information governance risks and recommend improvements.
• Support migrations, archival storage and data management projects.
• Collaborate with Legal, IT, Information Security and stakeholders.
• Deliver records management training and prepare reports.
• Stay updated on information governance, data privacy and tech developments.
