Collaborate with legal counsel on document preservation, eDiscovery collections, and search workflows using Microsoft Purview, iManage, and NetDocuments.

Facilitate seamless electronic file transfers during onboarding and transitions, driving efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in records management, information governance, or IT in professional services.
• Proficiency with eDiscovery tools (Microsoft Purview) and document management systems (iManage / NetDocuments).
• Understanding of data storage, media migration, and end-to-end legal lifecycles.
• Familiarity with data privacy principles, APAC regulatory frameworks, and ethics walls (Intapp Walls).
• IGP certification or AI governance experience is advantageous.

Skills and Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or at least 3 years of records management, information governance, or IT experience in professional services (e.g., law firms).
• Proven technical proficiency with eDiscovery tools (Microsoft Purview), document management systems (iManage / NetDocuments), and email management tools (such as .PST files).
• Strong practical understanding of data storage, media migration, records preservation techniques, and end-to-end legal document lifecycles.
• Hands-on exposure to data privacy principles, APAC/Hong Kong regulatory frameworks, and ethical wall platforms (e.g., Intapp Walls).
• Professional certifications such as Information Governance Professional (IGP) or experience with AI governance practices are advantageous.
