Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator/PMO professional to support the delivery of banking and transformation initiatives. The role focuses on governance, planning, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities include maintaining project plans, RAID logs, and status reports, coordinating with Risk, Finance, and Data Management teams, and ensuring adherence to PMO frameworks and documentation controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, IT, Finance, Data Management, Engineering).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, governance, or transformation initiatives.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, governance, planning, RAID, issue tracking and change control.
• Experience supporting IT/regulatory/data governance or transformation projects in Banking/FS.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, RAID logs, action trackers, status reports, and remediation plans.
• Coordinate with Risk, Finance, Data Management teams and external vendors to manage dependencies and issues.
• Support planning, development, and maintenance of project scope, milestones, governance frameworks, and roadmaps.
• Monitor compliance with PMO governance, reporting standards, and documentation controls; drive corrective actions.
• Manage project repositories, governance artefacts, lessons learned, and knowledge management documentation.
• Prepare and consolidate project status updates, management reports, meeting materials, and governance documents.
• Coordinate project meetings, document key decisions and action items, and follow up on deliverables.
