Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a PMO, Project Governance, or Project Coordination role within a Banking IT environment.
• Hands-on experience supporting or managing projects using the Waterfall methodology.
• Strong understanding of project governance, lifecycle management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation, reporting, data analysis, and presentations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Managers and stakeholders to prepare and consolidate weekly project status reports.
• Support governance meetings by arranging schedules, preparing materials, documenting minutes, and tracking actions to closure.
• Maintain and update project information, dashboards, and governance repositories for data accuracy and visibility.
• Collect, validate, and consolidate project information for reporting and governance purposes.
• Monitor and track risks, issues, and deliverables, following up to ensure timely resolution.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining governance processes, standards, policies, and documentation.
• Support compliance with regulatory governance requirements within the IT project portfolio.
• Provide administrative support to the Team Lead and governance team as required.
• Facilitate cross-team communication to align on governance requirements and reporting expectations.
• Prepare governance reports and management updates for reviews and steering meetings.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance governance processes and documentation.
