Job summary

TekisHub Consulting Services in Outram, SG, is seeking an experienced Data Project Manager to lead data governance and regulatory transformation initiatives within banking and financial services. This hands-on leadership role requires strategic project management and execution capabilities on-site in Singapore.

The role will drive mobilization, stakeholder alignment, business analysis, and end-to-end delivery while ensuring regulatory compliance and data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in IT, CS, Business, Finance or related discipline is required.
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience.
• Proven track record delivering Data Governance, Data Sovereignty, DRA, or regulatory transformation programmes.
• Strong experience leading project mobilization, planning, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on business analysis including requirements gathering and workshop facilitation.
• Experience documenting business requirements and producing delivery artefacts.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and legal aspects of data governance.
• Experience managing external vendors or legal counsel.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Data Governance, Data Sovereignty, DRA, and regulatory transformation initiatives.
• Drive project mobilization, scope definition, planning, and requirements baselining.
• Engage and manage senior stakeholders across Business, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Data Management, and Technology.
• Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and align stakeholders.
• Perform business analysis and document functional and business requirements.
• Produce project artefacts including project plans, RAID logs, status reports, governance packs, and requirements documents.
• Translate legal and regulatory obligations into operational processes and technology requirements.
• Manage external legal counsel and coordinate cross-functional project activities.
• Support corridor-based transfer risk assessments and cross-border data transfer governance initiatives.
• Implement and monitor data sovereignty controls per regulatory requirements.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues, and drive resolution.
