Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator/PMO professional to support the delivery of banking and transformation initiatives. The role focuses on governance, planning, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities include maintaining project plans, RAID logs, and status reports, coordinating with Risk, Finance, and Data Management teams, and ensuring adherence to PMO frameworks and documentation controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, IT, Finance, Data Management, Engineering).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, governance, or transformation initiatives.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, governance, planning, RAID, issue tracking and change control.
• Experience supporting IT/regulatory/data governance or transformation projects in Banking/FS.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

Support the successful delivery of banking and transformation initiatives through project coordination, governance, stakeholder management, and PMO best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, RAID logs, action trackers, status reports, and remediation plans, ensuring timely follow-up, escalation, and closure of project deliverables and outstanding items.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Risk, Finance, Data Management teams, and external vendors, to manage dependencies, facilitate communication, and support the resolution of project issues and risks.
• Support the planning, development, and maintenance of project scope, milestones, governance frameworks, delivery roadmaps, and project documentation in accordance with established project management methodologies and standards.
• Monitor compliance with PMO governance requirements, project management frameworks, reporting standards, and documentation controls, identifying gaps and driving corrective actions where necessary.
• Manage and maintain project repositories, governance artefacts, lessons learned, and knowledge management documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of project information.
• Prepare and consolidate project status updates, management reports, meeting materials, and governance documentation to support effective project oversight and stakeholder decision‑making.
• Coordinate project meetings, document key decisions and action items, and follow up on deliverables to support successful project execution and governance adherence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, Data Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, project management, governance, or transformation initiatives.
• Good understanding of project management methodologies and governance processes, including project planning, status reporting, RAID management, issue tracking, and change control.
• Experience preparing project documentation, management reports, meeting minutes, governance materials, and stakeholder presentations.
• Experience supporting IT, regulatory, data governance, risk management, or transformation projects within the Banking or Financial Services industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience in BCBS239, data governance, data management, or other regulatory‑driven initiatives is an added advantage.
• Experience working with data governance tools such as Collibra, Informatica, or equivalent platforms is an added advantage.
• Previous experience gained within a consulting firm is an added advantage.
