Job summary

SL Aesthetic Group in Singapore is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to transfer daily sales records from Excel into the company database, ensuring accuracy through fast typing and meticulous attention to detail.

You will review entries against source documents, generate basic reports for management, and uphold strict data privacy and security protocols while performing repetitive data-entry tasks in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Review entered data against source documents to detect and correct errors, duplicates, or missing information

• Maintain concentration and accuracy while performing repetitive data entry tasks for extended periods
