Tatco Credit Pte Ltd is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented candidate to support daily instalment processing and administrative tasks in a structured environment. The role involves repetitive data entry, payment updates, and basic customer follow-up.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma or equivalent and be comfortable performing routine duties, including occasional Saturday shifts, to ensure smooth operations across our credit and collections processes.

Qualifications

• Personable and highly organized with attention to detail.
• GCE O/N/A Levels or Diploma or equivalent qualifications.
• Able to commit to alternating Saturdays (10am–1pm) and handle routine tasks.

Responsabilités

• Update instalment payments to the system.
• Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up with customers on overdue payments.
• Submit bank block facility applications.
• Use a typewriter to prepare hire purchase agreements.
• Support any ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
