Job summary

Mizuho Bank Singapore is seeking a Data Analyst for the Business Planning & Control team within the Singapore Corporate Banking Department. You will handle data processing, reporting, and project management for SEIBI migration and new implementations.

The role requires 2–3 years in data analysis, a degree in CS/math/stats, and strong Excel/PowerQuery skills. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate figures and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or related field.
• 2–3 years of data analysis or similar work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Pivot, Macro and PowerQuery.
• Experience with RPA is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Data processing: check data for errors, clean-up and revision.
• Project management: update customer lists, daily balance reporting, maintain database reports.
• Database migration: ensure accuracy of new SEIBI database.
• Operational excellence: develop reports for stakeholders, refine profit projections, drive automation.
