Job summary

The role requires 2–3 years in data analysis, a degree in CS/math/stats, and strong Excel/PowerQuery skills. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate figures and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or related field.
• 2–3 years of data analysis or similar work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Pivot, Macro and PowerQuery.
• Experience with RPA is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Data processing: check data for errors, clean-up and revision.

Overview of Division/Department

Our Business Planning & Control team sits within the Singapore Corporate Banking Department. The Business Planning is responsible for monitoring and reporting Singapore Corporate Banking Department's overall performance. The team also generates reports of new schemes in coordination and collaboration with other internal departments.

Job Responsibilities

• 1. Data Processing work
  • Check data for error and amendments.
  • Data clean- up and revision.
  • Link data to staff in- charge for target monitoring.
  • Provision of figures to stakeholders & management.
• 2. Project management operations of new and existing implementations
  • Customer list updates for new staff in- charge (staff turnover, organization reshuffle).
  • Daily reporting for balance figures and transaction.
  • Database reports maintenance for all reports published.
• 3. Database Migration for SEIBI implementation
  • Ensure accuracy of new database to be affected by SEIBI.
• 4. Contribution towards Operational Excellence
  • Developing reports with new requirements for other stakeholders within department.
  • Contribution towards refining Profit projection / management.
  • Automation for operational excellence.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or related field.
• 2-3 years professional experience in data analysis or in a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft office Suite ( Especially Excel, Pivot, Macro and PowerQuery)
• Experience in using RPA will be advantageous.
