Job summary

Mizuho Bank Singapore Branch seeks a data-driven professional for the Corporate Planning & Coordination team. You will support managerial accounting, extract and reconcile transaction data, and communicate with overseas branches and Head Office.

You will also build dashboards, monitor budgets and KPIs, prepare monthly reports, and assist in procurement governance and PMO activities. A bachelor’s degree or diploma is required with strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in IT, Engineering, Accounting or Finance.
• Proficient in MS Excel/Access; Macro knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work in a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and identify priorities quickly.

Responsibilities

• Managerial accounting: perform profit/asset adjustments and data mining of transactions.
• Prepare reports for funded assets and deposits; update charts and present at monthly committee meetings.
• Assist budget, expense and KPI monitoring; create dashboards and optimize spending within approved budgets.
• Support governance and change management: procurement governance and ad-hoc PMO tasks.
