Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in IT, Engineering, Accounting, or Finance.
• Strong MS Excel and Access skills with data analysis ability.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and mine data from systems and adjust transactions as needed.
• Prepare reports on funded assets, deposits, and KPIs; present findings.
• Create/update dashboards to monitor expenses by account and department.
• Coordinate with overseas branches and Head Office for reconciliations.
• Support budgeting, cost control and KPI monitoring to optimize spend.
• Assist governance and procurement governance, and ad‑hoc PMO support.
