Job summary

BLUECUBE MEDIA PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function from strategy through execution. This on-site role reports to the Director and requires ownership of results, not just campaigns, with a data-first approach and AI-driven marketing practices.

You will develop plans across traditional and digital channels, directing campaigns, budgets, and vendor relationships while driving growth and impact for clients and the agency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Mass Communications.
• 5–8 years of B2B marketing experience in digital marketing and performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4 and marketing automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing strategy and execute integrated campaigns across digital channels.
• Monitor performance, optimise cost per lead, conversions and ROI.
• Perform market research to inform strategy and budgeting decisions.
• Manage budgets and relationships with vendors/agencies.
• Incorporate AI-driven marketing practices (GEO/AEO/AIO) into campaigns.
• Guide content strategy to meet SEO, GEO, and AEO best practices.
• Own reporting across channels and translate data into actionable insights.
