Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to design and develop new compliance tools and initiatives.
• Prepare and analyse data; develop analytics models to understand taxpayer segments, predict behaviours, detect fraud, and improve GST compliance.
• Leverage AI tooling to build AI products for division operations, through prototyping and iterative improvement.
• Develop interactive dashboards to support reporting and performance monitoring.
• Provide basic training on analytics tools to end-user officers.
• Facilitate data sharing while adhering to data governance frameworks.
• Review and operationalise data policies to comply with guidelines.
