Job summary

IRAS in Singapore is seeking a data and AI leader to build intelligent, AI-enabled products that enhance taxpayer services and tax compliance. You will design architectures, deploy AI at scale, and guide stakeholders on data-driven decisions.

Lead the adoption of Generative AI, Agentic AI, and advanced analytics while mentoring the data community and ensuring robust, scalable solutions. Strong SQL/Python skills and cloud experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in AI/analytics fields or equivalent.
• Experience deploying AI and analytics solutions with data-rich environments.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python is essential.
• Experience with R, Spark/Hadoop, TensorFlow is advantageous.
• Full-stack skills: Vue, JavaScript, CSS, Node.js and APIs.
• ETL, data preprocessing, cleansing and validation.
• Strong communication to translate technical concepts for stakeholders.
• Applied AI expertise in ML, NLP, and AGI-related areas.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI solutions: design and deploy scalable AI and data analytics solutions that transform business processes.
• Provide technical guidance to business stakeholders on AI and data issues.
• Translate data into insights for operational and strategic decisions.
• Mentor data analysts and strengthen AI capabilities across IRAS.
