Job summary

Risewave Consulting, Inc. is seeking a senior professional to lead data centre investment opportunities in Singapore. You will drive sourcing, evaluation and execution of transactions, including acquisitions, sale/leasebacks and JVs.

You will partner across technical, operations, finance and legal teams to align site selection with growth goals, while managing external relationships with developers, landlords and capital partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in data centre, infrastructure or CRE with investment/portfolio exposure.
• Proven track record in data centre or real estate transactions and alliances.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing, evaluation and execution of data centre opportunities.
• Identify land or build-ready sites to meet capacity needs.
• Negotiate leases and capacity contracts end-to-end, including risk review.
• Assess build vs lease vs colocation options and advise leadership.
• Collaborate with technical, finance and legal teams for execution.
