You will originate and execute buy-side and sell-side transactions for data centre owners, operators, hyperscalers, and investors from Singapore, coordinating with APAC and international markets.

Qualificações

• 15+ years in real estate investment banking or advisory focused on capital markets and data centres.
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or Business; MBA is a plus.
• Proven track record of large-cap data centre or M&A transactions with cross-border experience.

Responsabilidades

• Origination: liaise with senior decision makers to originate data centre platform trades and take private opportunities.
• Execution Leadership: lead data centre mandates from mandate through closing, coordinating stakeholders across APAC and beyond.
• Client & Investor Communication: serve as primary contact for client and investor communications through the lifecycle.
• Deal Documentation & Marketing: oversee high-quality investment memoranda, proposals, and pitchbooks for investors.
• Due Diligence Coordination: manage cross-functional due diligence across technical, legal, environmental, and financial aspects.
• Financial Modelling Oversight: supervise valuation models (DCF, SOTP, comparables) and scenario analyses.
