Job summary

You will translate capacity requirements into executable data-centre development opportunities and coordinate across country teams to ensure demand-informed, infrastructure-backed delivery.

The role will maintain governance across the region and enable faster, more reliable responses to data-centre demand while aligning with ESR’s capital and expansion strategies.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and translate them into clear development briefs.
• Mobilize cross-functional ESR teams around qualified opportunities.
• Develop customer-led origination strategies and select delivery solutions.
• Validate power, utilities, and infrastructure can support customer delivery.
