People Profilers Pte Ltd is seeking an Investment Director to lead our data center investment strategy across Asia. You will source, evaluate, and execute greenfield, brownfield and M&A opportunities, and deliver rigorous financial analyses to support decision making.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage due diligence, negotiate transactions, and present investment memo to Management and the Investment Committee. A dynamic, entrepreneurial environment awaits.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of end-to-end investment experience in infrastructure and/or real estate.
• Experience in sourcing, underwriting, deal structuring and presenting to Investment Committee.
• Strong financial modelling with ability to assess site viability and requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support sourcing and evaluation of data centre investment opportunities across Asia (greenfield, brownfield, M&A).
• Conduct financial modelling, valuation, and scenario analysis to support investment decisions.
• Coordinate due diligence with legal, technical, valuators, and financial advisors; negotiate and close transactions.
• Prepare investment memoranda and present recommendations to Management and Investment Committee.
• Collaborate with Sales, Portfolio Management and Design/Construction teams to align on delivery and value creation.
• Support strategic decisions on pricing, capex budgeting, and project financing.
