Job summary

Keppel Data Centres is seeking personnel to support daily maintenance and operation of the data centre facilities. Duties include maintaining professional relationships with clients, responding to service requests and emergency calls during shifts, and ensuring M&E systems operate safely and reliably.

The role also involves daily walkthroughs, recording faults, keeping the DC clean, and assisting the Shift Lead with briefings and handovers. Travel may be required as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with internal and external clients
• Respond to customer service requests in a timely manner
• Respond to emergency calls during shift work
• Maintain Data Centre Systems and record faults or defects during daily walkthroughs
• Conduct daily routine checklists to ensure no environmental abnormalities and all critical M&E systems are in good working condition
• Ensure DC is clean, free from debris and that safe work practices are followed during installation, maintenance or repair by subcontractors/vendors
• Assist Shift Lead during briefing and handover to incoming shift team
• Report incidents and file field service reports and adhere to quality, health & safety, and environmental policies
• Comply with site policies and guidelines and be prepared to travel overseas if required
• Communicate any substantial changes to duties to the immediate supervisor/head of department
