Job summary

Keppel Data Centres is seeking a dedicated professional to support daily DC operations and maintenance, ensuring 100% uptime of critical M&E systems. You will liaise with clients, respond to service requests promptly, and coordinate maintenance with vendors and contractors.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in data centers, strong English communication, and proficiency in MS Office and CAD-like tools. This role is based in Singapore and requires on-site work.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English as essential.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio).
• Experience with data center electrical and mechanical systems is required.
• 3–5+ years in a data center or critical environment is preferred.
• Working knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems is expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive relationship with internal and external clients and respond to service requests promptly.
• Assist in daily management of DC Operations and preventive maintenance to ensure uptime.
• Monitor and report faults in M&E systems and coordinate with vendors/contractors.
• Ensure alarms are addressed and escalation plans are followed.
