Job summary

HR Exchange Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable facilities engineer to support daily operations at a data centre site, ensuring reliability and safety of critical systems.

You will perform routine inspections and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC and fire protection systems, coordinate with client teams, and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and extend asset life. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Facilities Management or Engineering.
• Experience in facilities management / engineering, preferably in data centre or critical environment.
• Strong understanding of large-scale M&E facility infrastructure and accuracy in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in daily facility operations and maintenance activities.
• Ensure all maintenance adheres to safety and environmental standards.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and fire protection systems.
• Liaise with client engineering/operations teams to ensure compliance with regulations and procedures.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
