Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with internal and external clients.
• Respond to customer service requests promptly.
• Respond to emergency calls during shift work.
• Assist the Operation Lead in daily DC Operations management and preventive maintenance to ensure 100% uptime of M&E systems.
• Conduct daily walkthrough of DC to record faults and document M&E equipment.
• Monitor and respond to FOC, EPMS, BMS, and Fire System alarms; contain and escalate faults as per plan.
• Perform daily routine checklists to prevent environmental abnormalities and ensure M&E systems function properly.
• Induct and authorize subcontractors for work within the Critical Environment domain; review safety documents.
• Maintain logs of instrument readings, equipment, and stock; report unlocked doors/racks to security.
• Brief Shift Duty Technician on outstanding issues and standing instructions from leadership.
• Submit incident and field service reports; adhere to quality, health, safety, and CE policies.
• Comply with site policies and practices; travel overseas for work when required by supervisor or head of department.
• Handle other duties as reasonably requested by supervisor or department head; changes communicated in writing.
