Based in Singapore with extensive regional travel, you will build a scalable development platform and oversee multi-phase expansion, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and MW capacity targets for

Qualifications

• Seasoned development leader with track record in full-cycle data centre development in SEA.
• Experience with hyperscaler or data centre developer/operator is preferred.
• Strong strategic, hands-on approach with surface to multi-phase expansion and MW capacity.
• Background in construction, site selection, land acquisition, feasibility and project economics is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic planning, development and execution of large-scale data centre projects across Southeast Asia.
• Own end-to-end development lifecycle from market assessment to handover, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Establish scalable development platforms and ensure designs meet customer technical and operational requirements.
