Qualifikationen

• Seasoned development leader with track record in full-cycle data centre development in SEA.
• Experience with hyperscaler or data centre developer/operator is preferred.
• Strong strategic, hands-on approach with surface to multi-phase expansion and MW capacity.
• Background in construction, site selection, land acquisition, feasibility and project economics is advantageous.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Development leader to join a well-backed data centre startup with ambitious plans to build their regional footprints.

Role

In this pioneer role, you will lead the strategic planning, development and execution of large-scale data centre projects across Southeast Asia. You will assume end-to-end accountability for the development lifecycle, from market assessment, site identification, land acquisition and power strategy through design, permitting, construction, commissioning and operational handover. You will play a critical role in establishing a scalable development platform, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the technical and operational requirements of the customers.

This position will be based in Singapore with extensive regional travel anticipated to support the platform's growth ambitions.

Experience

Ideally, you are a seasoned Development leader with a track record in full cycle data centre development projects across key markets in Southeast Asia. Having built your career with established hyperscaler and/or data centre developer/operator, you are passionate about building and scaling new platforms, with multi-phase expansion and significant MW capacity. A strong background in construction is advantageous, together with proven abilities across site selection, land acquisition, feasibility, regulatory requirements and project economics. To succeed in this role, you will be described as a strategic go-getter who is passionate, agile and hands-on.
