Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates welcome; experience in data centres, engineering or building services is an advantage.
• Able to interpret architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies and identify new business opportunities to achieve annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, consultants, system integrators, and partners.
• Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions and product recommendations.
• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, tender submissions, and technical proposals.
• Support RFIs/RFPs, technical presentations, solution design and bid clarifications.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and meet requirements.
• Provide technical support and resolve customer queries throughout the sales process.
• Identify opportunities for product sales, maintenance services, and facility management solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and weekly pipeline reports.
