Job summary

TALENT TITANS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to drive growth in assigned industry segments, understand customer requirements, and deliver technically sound solutions.

You will prepare quotations, proposals, and cost estimates, support RFIs/RFPs, and collaborate with solution and project teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality. Fresh graduates welcome; strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates welcome; experience in data centres, engineering, or building services is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of building systems, including electrical, mechanical, and fire protection systems.
• Ability to interpret architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings.
• Knowledge of networking and control systems, including TCP/IP, Ethernet, VPN, and related technologies, is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Visio and Microsoft Project is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn new products and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies and identify new business opportunities to achieve annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, system integrators, and business partners.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions and product recommendations.
• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, tender submissions, and technical proposals.
• Support RFIs/RFPs, technical presentations, solution design, and bid clarifications.
• Coordinate with internal solution and project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality and contractual requirements.
• Provide technical support and resolve customer queries throughout the sales process.
• Identify opportunities for product sales, maintenance services, and facility management solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and weekly pipeline reports.
