Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Singapore seeks an Assistant Project Manager to provide essential operational, administrative, and technical support to the Data Centre PMC team. You will manage documents, track deliverables, and assist with site inspections to learn data centre delivery nuances.

Responsibilities include maintaining the project register, supporting meetings with precise minutes, and coordinating handover documentation like O&M manuals and as-builts for TOP submission.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in building construction or project coordination.
• Foundational ability to read architectural blueprints, structural designs, and single-line diagrams for electrical layouts.
• Basic understanding of construction workflows from excavation to final fit-out and testing.
• Proficiency with PM software: Smartsheet, Procore, and ACC for logs, document workflows, and folder navigation.
• Degree or Diploma in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.

Responsibilities

• Manage document control for the project within the CDE.
• Update project logs and track RFIs, submittals, variations, and action items.
• Attend meetings, take minutes, and monitor action items.
• Support site inspections, capture progress photos, log safety concerns, and track punch-lists.
• Assemble and organize O&M manuals, warranties, and as-builts for final TOP submission.
